The Process
Every rebind is a personal piece of art, and there are many choices that go in to creating that one of a kind, heirloom bible. We have three methods of obtaining one of our rebinds.
-
Each month we post a handful of bibles to our shop that are completed and ready to ship. As of February 2026, our goal is to start increasing that inventory, but it will take some time to make that shift. Find our current inventory here: Ready to Ship.
-
Featuring our most popular designs combined with a select inventory of bibles that we will keep in stock. This option takes the decision fatigue out of the equation. Just pick a design, and then pick a bible. For the most part, our lead time for custom orders applies to the “made to order” bibles as well, but you won’t have to worry about picking colors or shipping a bible to us. We will also work on “made to order” orders whenever we have space in our schedule, so the lead time is potentially less. See the listings here: Made to Order.
-
This is the option for the person who has a bible already that they want to rebind, wants a translation/layout that we do not offer in “made to order,” or wants to choose their own design. Here are the steps you need to know to get started on a custom order:
Choose your bible. If you have a new/like new bible, you can go on and check out from the custom order page. If you have a used bible, please contact us first to get clearance to order. We are currently only taking orders for bibles that are gently used or better and have sewn bindings.
Choose your design. Browse through our galleries and social media outlets to see our style and the options we offer.
Check out on our custom order page.
Mail in your bible. You will receive shipping information along with your order confirmation.
Next steps. We will send several emails over the course of your wait time, including a confirmation when we receive your bible, a reminder of your order, and a request to confirm your shipping information before we mail back your completed bible.
If you change your mind - You can cancel your custom order within 30 days of placing the order. After that, we cannot offer refunds because we will have obtained material already and might even be able to work in an order sooner than the overall lead time.
